Procedure of Admission of BVA course
Students seeking admission into the college must apply on a prescribed form available along with the prospectus from the office of the college from 1st of June(please contact the college to know the exact date of collecting the admission form for this year)of every year onwards on payment of Rs 500/-in cash or by a money order of Rs/-520 payble to the- Principal, Balasore Art & Craft College,"Kalakhetra", O.T. The forms dully filled in with three passport size photographs dully attested and accompained by documents specified as under must reach the office of the Principal or be delivered personally against receipt at the college from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. on or before time. No application received there after will be considered.(please contact the college to know the exact date of submission of the admission form for this year)

Procedure of Admission of MVA course
A student for admission into Master Degree Course in Visual Arts has to apply within 4 weeks/28 days of the publication of B.F.A/ B.V.A. examination results or re-opening of the college which ever is later through a prescribed format available in the college office.
In exceptional cases, three weeks (21 days) time with the payment of late fee, will be allowed. The attendance shall be counted from the date of his/ her admission into this course.
Provisions of seats
Allotment of seats for the respective subjects of specialization is given below.
1)Painting / Indian Style/Graphic-6 seats
2)Applied Art & Design-6 seats

Duration of Class
For the students of the MVA Course, the duration of studio practicals will be 30 hours and duration of theory will be 12 hours per week.
Tution Fees
Payble annualy one time for the foundation course and Specialization course at time of admission/ readmission ( Rs 500.00 per month x 12). =Rs. 6000.00/-
